Nettle is one of my favorite springtime tonic plants, for good reason, they are highly nutritious and so useful for a wide range of conditions! Nettles are beneficial for allergies due to their anti-allergenic properties and high flavonoid quantity, most notably quercetin. They are good source of critical minerals, including iron, potassium, and calcium, helping to rebuild a weakened state and improve stamina, like in the case of anemia or chronic fatigue. Nettles also have diuretic properties that help to flush out waste products, without affecting electrolyte balance, and are a great liver supportive herb.

Our Nettle Tincture is collected from the first, most tender, and nutritious nettles that appear at the beginning of spring. It has a gorgeous green color and is the perfect springtime reset after a long winter.

Ingredients: 1:2 tincture, with pure grain alcohol, aqua, and fresh nettles.

Directions: take 15-50 drops in a glass of water, juice, or tea, as needed.

Contraindications: Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a serious chronic health condition. Do not use nettle if you are antipsychotic or diabetes medications as it may flush the drugs out of your system faster due to the diuretic effects. Do not take if you have severely low blood pressure. Do not take if you have a blood clotting disorder or are on anti-coagulant medications.
